Rabbi Mendy Barth

Rabbi Mendy Barth hails from Queens, NY. He studied post-high school at Yeshivas Toras Moshe in Israel and later at Yeshivas Ohr Hachaim in Queens, NY where he received his Smicha (Rabbinic Degree). He also holds a bachelor's degree from Queens College. He is a graduate of the Mercaz Teachers Training Program and has trained under Rabbi Rietti in his "Al Pi Darco" approach.

Rabbi Barth incorporates hands-on learning in his classroom and draws upon his many years of summer camp experience to make learning fun and energetic. Some of his favorite lessons involve backbends, puppets, messy food, and construction. He enjoys the warm family environment at PHA as well as the camaraderie amongst the faculty.
