Rabbi Ezi Vann

Rabbi Vann was raised in Calabasas, CA, in a home dedicated to Kiruv and the value of each and every Jew. Upon completing High School at MBY in Los Angeles, he studied in Yeshivas Rabbi Chaim Berlin in Brooklyn, NY. Rabbi Vann merited to spend three years in Yeshiva in the Land of Israel, followed by two years of advanced study at the Gur Aryeh Kollel in Brooklyn, under the auspices of Rabbi Binyomin Cohen, Shlit'a. Rabbi Vann joined the Phoenix Community Kollel in the summer of 2021 and feels blessed to be part of such a wonderful Jewish community. 

Rabbi Vann is passionate about Judaism and Torah study and he believes that every Jew has the right, as well as the ability, to lead a passionate Jewish life through a personal connection to Torah. Rabbi Vann is privileged to teach Torah to a broad spectrum of audiences, from Kindergarten boys to adults at his nightly Gemara shiur. 

He is excited to join the PHA staff and to explore a new frontier of teaching Torah!
