Mrs. Heather Elias

Heather is a true advocate of Jewish education and is dedicated to guiding PHA families through every step of the financial aid process, ensuring that the path to a private Jewish day school education is smooth and accessible for all. 

Heather holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University. With two decades of experience in education, Heather's diverse roles include early childhood and elementary educator, tutor, teacher training, special education advocacy, and higher education administration. Her journey began right here at Phoenix Hebrew Academy, where she served as a 1st and 3rd-grade teacher, contributing significantly to our academic community. 

Heather is a proud mom of four children, all of whom attended PHA. She loves spending time outdoors with family and friends, exploring local hidden gems, hiking, and swimming. When she’s not out and about, you’ll find her reading a good book, experimenting with photography and art, or trying new recipes from around the world.
