Ms. Sarai Mendoza

Ms. Sarai Mendoza was born and raised in North Phoenix. She brings years of kitchen and managerial experience with her. She was the deli manager at Safeway, a Sous Chef at a Phoenix restaurant and a banquet cook in PV where she gained experience dealing with large quantities. Ms. Mendoza will be running our school lunch program and serving nutritious and varied meals as our Kitchen Manager/Chef. She is the eldest of six and holds a lot of responsibility to live a life full of faith, surrounded by G-d. She grew up in a competitive family that pushes on another to be their ultimate best. Sarai is best at creating a harmonious environment through the art of her food and hopes everyone enjoys this year!
